Is this the official Motta store in the United States?

Yes. Motta USA is Metallurgica Motta's official home in the United States. Every product we sell is genuine Motta, shipped to you from our Miami warehouse. Warranty applies to products bought from Motta USA.

Where are Motta products made?

Motta has worked stainless steel in Italy since 1967. Products made in Italy carry a "Made in Italy" badge on their product page, and genuine Motta pitchers feature a laser-etched Motta mark.

How fast is shipping, and is it free?

Orders ship from Miami, FL and are usually delivered in 3–4 days within the US. Shipping is free on US orders of $59.95 or more. We also ship to most countries worldwide.

Which tamper size fits my espresso machine?

It depends on your portafilter basket, not the brand of machine. Our Tamper Size Guide lists 51, 53, 54, 57 and 58 mm machines one by one.

Which milk pitcher size should I choose?

A 35 cl (12 oz) pitcher suits a single cappuccino or flat white; 50 cl (17 oz) is the most popular size for home baristas. See the Milk Pitcher Size Guide for every size.

What is your return policy?

Items in new, unused condition can be returned within 30 days. Email info@motta-usa.com for a return authorization number first. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
